《劲歌》寿终正寝，据 TVB music group 宣传，TVB 新音乐节目名为《J Music》，5 月 28 日起逢星期日晚 10:30 于翡翠台播放，当中还为该台力捧歌手炎明熹设专属环节「Gi 心批」，每集读出她的粉丝留言及来信。

2012年1月10日（9日深夜）より放送開始。 番組コンセプトは、「音楽との新しい出逢いが、ここにある」[1]。 過去にはWEBとテレビ番組とのコラボレーションを実施し、不定期でUSTREAM・アメーバピグ・ニコニコ生放送・YouTubeにてネット生配信を行っていた。 2019年秋改編で火曜 1:26 - 1:56（月曜深夜）での放送に変更された。
